The Family Day Trip is a full private day on the water designed specifically for families, with a kid-friendly itinerary that keeps everyone entertained from the first stop to the last. The day kicks off at the Oceanario, an open-water aquarium where kids and adults can watch the live dolphin show and explore exhibits featuring sharks, turtles, and a wide variety of Caribbean marine life. Entry tickets are not included in the tour price but available to purchase on arrival.

After the Oceanario the group heads to Isla Liza Mar for lunch, a welcoming family-friendly beach club with solid amenities and a relaxed atmosphere that works well for all ages. Lunch is not included in the base price but available to order there. For those who want to upgrade the lunch stop, PA’UE is a great alternative with standout Caribbean food, beautiful views, and a calm setting that families consistently love.

The final stop is Playa Tranquilla, a quiet beach tucked into the mangroves where the pace slows right down and the kids can explore the shoreline and spot the resident raccoons that live in the area. It’s one of those low-key highlights that tends to be everyone’s favourite part of the day.

All day trips return to Cartagena by around 5:00 PM.
