Your day begins with hotel pickup between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM in selected tourist zones of Cartagena. After check-in, guests depart from a private marina aboard a sporty boat with a bilingual guide. The tour includes the marina departure tax, open bar on board, panoramic sightseeing, beach club stops, snorkeling, lunch, and plenty of time to enjoy the islands.

Hotel Pickup Areas

Hotel pickup is available in the following tourist areas:

La Boquilla, Crespo, Marbella, Cabrero, Bocagrande, El Laguito, Castillo Grande, and Manga.

For guests staying inside the Walled City or in Getsemaní, the team will guide you by foot to the meeting and reception point.

Important Information

Children 4 years and older pay full price.

Children ages 1, 2, and 3 years old do not pay.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the private islands or beach clubs.

The tour ends at Muelle de los Pegasos at approximately 4:00 PM.

Return transportation to the hotel is not included.

Activities included in the tour, such as snorkeling, food, drinks, or transportation, are not refundable if the passenger chooses not to use them or if conditions prevent the activity from being completed.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers may cancel the experience up to 24 hours before the start time in the local time zone to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged 80% of the net tour value.
